"The Hammer and The Anvil"

MET Requiem presented by the Camarilla

"In this world a man must either be anvil or hammer."
- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

The Kindred of Long Island have long remained below the radar of their peers in larger cities, engaging in quiet requiems. But that has changed of late, as the court of Hammer Bay has been increasingly active. Prince Sinclair seems unwilling to exist in obscurity while other Kindred, other Princes, claim their place in a grander design. A political movement has been growing in the Northeast, drawing neighboring cities together in common bonds of diplomacy. Is it time the small court of Hammer Bay takes its place on a grander stage? And with it all of Long Island?

You are cordially invited to be present as Prince Jared Sinclair of the Invictus opens his Domain to the outside world for the very first time. Delegations from the five covenants have been invited. Representatives of nearby domains will converge upon Hammer Bay. Already rumors circulate of what dark secrets may be unearthed amongst Long Island's traditionally quiet Kindred populace. Will Sinclair's agenda for Hammer Bay set the course for the rest of the Island? Or will someone else use his gathering to further their own plans? In one weekend, the future of Long Island's Kindred will be decided.

Which will you be: Monster or man? Conqueror or conquered? Hammer or anvil?
